Piu's Managing Director and Principal Consultant.
A specialist in service delivery and improvement, Tracy has proven business leadership experience having held senior positions within South Staffordshire Group plc, Kelda Group plc and Ventura, a subsidiary of Next plc.
Following a number of projects within start-ups and rapid growth environments, Tracy founded Piu to focus on small and medium businesses, delivering the benefits of blue chip experience in getting the best from executive teams, strategic partners and suppliers.
Steve Leather
Stephen has operated at a senior level in service-based businesses and brings a wealth of skill and knowledge to bear. MBA qualified he has spent much of his career leading teams and developing people in the successful achievement of business goals and the management of change.
Recent assignments have included overseeing two business start-ups and working with a turn-around management team .
Stephen gains particular satisfaction from enabling businesses to take on board necessary and profitable change, through the creation of soundly based strategic plans, and the development of people and processes
Robert Pepper
Robert's background is largely in the service sector where he has worked for organisations both large and small. Latterly he has worked particularly with smaller business helping them develop strategy and identify how they can take advantage of market opportunity to increase profitability.
Robert is results focussed relishing projects where tangible financial benefit can be achieved in both the short and long term.
A fully qualified Marketer Robert aims to marry the best practices of larger companies with the more entrepreneurial approach of new start and smaller businesses he has had real experience of operating in both these environments.
